Store Policies:

Payment: We only accept PayPal.  Immediate payment required.

Shipping: Currently we only ship to U.S. locations. Additionally, all
items are shipped via USPS first class or UPS Ground.  Please allow 2-3
days for the transaction to process, as well as the proper amount of time it
takes for an item to leave the DC metro area and arrive at the location you’ve
specified via the above shipping options.

Return Policy: No returns accepted, unless the item is defective or
unless the buyer receives an incorrect item.

About us: Penn Camera Exchange Inc. is a family owned and operated
camera store that has been serving the Washington D.C. Metropolitan Area for
over 50 years.  Though our recent expansion into internet sales allows us
to expand service to the rest of the country, we are still only able to monitor
all online transactions during our hours of internet operation: Monday through
Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.  During that time, we will be able to
answer any questions and concerns you may have, but please allow time for a
response if contacting us after hours.
